First and foremost, the company is run by the family and a very dedicated group of people. In 1971, Guy Jobin, starts his career as a life insurance broker for a very large and very well known life insurance company, Metropolitan Life. In 1983, he decides to start his own company to offer a more personalized and outstanding service. He will partner with his wife Monique Marquis who also possesses a financial security degree.

A new and bigger company, Assurance A. Jobin & associés Inc. is then founded in March 1994 by Alain Jobin (son) who possesses a certificate for property and damage insurance. The new company's vision is to offer additional services and more products to its growing list of customers.

Since the financial services and the property and damage insurance merged, the company has enjoyed very strong growth by providing an excellent service which far exceeds the market thanks to its dynamic and very competent personnel.
